Since 1994, Arlington Free Clinic has been committed to providing exemplary health care for Arlingtonians in need, serving about 1,600 patients each year. Arlington Free Clinic (AFC) continues to be Arlington’s only provider of comprehensive healthcare services for adults living with a low income and without health insurance. While there are approximately 10,000 uninsured adults in Arlington County,  AFC is the medical home for over 1,600 of these underserved members of our community.

GCC Established in 2004 as a non-profit, charitable organization providing free medical care and counseling service
to our underserved neighbors in the metropolitan DC area. Our GCC clinic is run entirely by volunteers and operates using our donors’ personal and corporate contributions. We operate on Sundays and provide an array of services, including primary care for all ages, office care of cardiology, orthopedic, surgery orthopedics, and surgery. GCC Clinic believes in the holistic betterment of our patient’s health.

Inova Cares Clinic for Children provides comprehensive pediatric services for children of mothers on Medicaid or without insurance. Pediatric care, including well-child care and school and sports physicals, available for children ages birth to 18. George Mason University's Mason and Partners (MAP) interprofessional clinics serve the uninsured and refugee community within Prince William and Fairfax counties in Northern Virginia. These bridge-care model free clinics in Manassas and Culmore provide health care, school physicals, screenings, and mental health services for vulnerable populations in low-income and medically underserved areas (MUA). The ambulatory clinics provide to community referrals, resources, and case management for medical home placement; wellness and integrated care workshops; and group care for chronic disease management and education.

The Mother of Mercy Free Health Clinics in Manassas and Woodbridge serve low-income men and women without healthcare insurance. The clinics follow the principles of Catholic teaching, including the sanctity of all human life and the preferential option for the poor.
