Originally from Fairfax Station, Virginia, Sean Pham graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology with the Governor’s Diploma. He is currently pursuing a degree in Neuroscience on the pre-medical track at the College of William & Mary, where he is a Monroe Scholar, Dean’s List student, and recipient of multiple research grants. His interests span medicine, scientific research, and improving healthcare access for underserved communities.
Sean is a co-founder of Green Kites International Association, where he leads the Healthy Future Initiative, advancing health education, emergency preparedness, disease prevention, and access to essential health resources. Through Green Kites and other medical outreach efforts, he has supported healthcare initiatives in the United States, Vietnam, and Honduras, reaching more than 2,000 individuals. He also contributes to biomedical research through the Saha Lab and previously conducted cardiovascular research at the Pauley Heart Center at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
As a certified Emergency Medical Technician, Sean serves his community through clinical volunteering with Alzheimer’s Buddies and Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. Drawing on his experiences in medicine, research, and community service, Sean co-founded Health4NoVA to connect Northern Virginia residents with accessible healthcare resources, preventive services, and community support.

William Pham is a student and youth leader dedicated to improving healthcare access, health literacy, and community wellness in Northern Virginia and beyond. He attends Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Virginia, where he combines academic excellence with a strong commitment to public health, service, and community leadership.
William co-founded Health4NoVA to help Northern Virginia residents navigate the healthcare system by connecting them with trusted health information, affordable care, public assistance programs, and preventive resources. He is also a co-founder of Green Kites International Association, a youth-led nonprofit improving health, clean water access, and education in underserved communities, particularly in Vietnam. Through its Smiles for Life and WASH initiatives, William has helped expand oral health education, hygiene resources, and preventive health programs.
A Life Scout and youth leader with Scouting America, William has led service projects throughout Northern Virginia. He also founded his school’s Dentistry Club, is a multiple-time Regional Science & Engineering fair award winner, and has presented his research and public health work at regional, national, international conferences and universities in Vietnam. Through dentistry, research, and community service, William continues to build healthier communities locally and beyond.
