Founder | Director of Medical Resources
Originally from Fairfax Station, Virginia, Sean Pham began his academic journey at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, one of the nation’s most prestigious magnet schools, where he earned the Governor’s Diploma for academic excellence. He is currently pursuing a Neuroscience degree on the pre-medicine track at the College of William & Mary. As a Monroe Scholar, research grant recipient, and Dean’s List student, Sean balances rigorous academics with a deep commitment to community service and scientific research.
Sean serves as an EMT in rural Virginia, providing emergency care and addressing healthcare disparities. His passion for medicine also extends to research, where he contributes to ongoing biomedical projects in the Saha Lab.
Beyond the lab, Sean dedicates his time to community-focused service. He volunteers with Alzheimer’s Buddies, offering companionship to patients with dementia, assists staff weekly at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, and supports the Williamsburg Food Bank to combat local food insecurity.
As a member of William & Mary’s Global Medical Brigades and co-founder of Green Kites International Association, Sean organizes fundraising and medical outreach programs to provide free care in underserved communities. He recently participated in a medical mission in El Arrozal, Honduras, assisting over 200 individuals with limited healthcare access, and has joined several other missions across the U.S. and Vietnam, providing free health screenings, dental, and optometric care to thousands in need.
Sean also co-founded Health4NoVA to bridge healthcare gaps in Northern Virginia by raising public awareness of available resources. Through this initiative, he continues his mission of connecting individuals and families with compassionate, accessible, and affordable healthcare — building healthier communities both locally and abroad.
