 Founder | Director of Medical Resources 

Originally from Fairfax Station, Virginia, Sean Pham began his academic journey at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, one of the nation’s premier magnet schools, where he earned the Governor’s Diploma in recognition of his academic excellence. He is currently pursuing a degree in Neuroscience on the pre-medical track at the College of William & Mary. As a Monroe Scholar, multiple research grant recipient, and Dean’s List student, Sean combines rigorous academics with a deep commitment to medicine, scientific discovery, and community service.

Sean’s passion for medicine and healthcare access extends far beyond the classroom through deep clinical service, medical outreach, and nonprofit leadership. As a co-founder of Green Kites International Association, he leads the Healthy Future Initiative, which focuses on health education, emergency preparedness, disease prevention, access to essential medical infrastructure and resources for underserved communities. He has also supported other Green Kites programs, including WASH initiatives that promote clean water access, sanitation, hygiene education and community health. Through this work and additional medical outreach programs, Sean has contributed to healthcare efforts across the United States, Vietnam, and Honduras, Sean has helped to support over 2,000+ individuals with limited healthcare access. 

Sean’s commitment to patient care is also reflected in his biomedical research and clinical experiences. He contributes to ongoing projects in the Saha Lab and previously expanded his research background through an internship at the Pauley Heart Center, where he gained hands-on exposure to cardiovascular research. These experiences have strengthened his interest in translating scientific discoveries into improved patient outcomes.

As a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Sean dedicates his time to serving patients and supporting his community. He volunteers with Alzheimer’s Buddies, providing clinical services and companionship to individuals living with dementia, assists staff weekly at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, and supports the Williamsburg Food Bank in addressing local food insecurity.

Drawing on his experiences in medicine, research, emergency care, and community outreach, Sean co-founded Health4NoVA to help bridge healthcare gaps in Northern Virginia by increasing awareness of healthcare resources, preventive services, and opportunities for community support. Through Health4NoVA, he continues his commitment to connecting individuals and families with compassionate, accessible, and affordable healthcare while building healthier communities locally and beyond.

Co-founder | Director of Dental Resources

William Pham is a student and youth leader dedicated to improving healthcare access, advancing health literacy, and promoting community wellness in Northern Virginia and beyond. He attends Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Virginia, where he combines academic excellence with a strong commitment to public health, service, and community-driven solutions.

Passionate about health equity and community empowerment, William co-founded Health4NoVA to help Northern Virginia residents better navigate the healthcare system by connecting individuals and families with trusted health information, affordable healthcare resources, public assistance programs, preventive education, and opportunities to build healthier lives. Through Health4NoVA, he works alongside community partners and healthcare organizations to reduce barriers to care and improve health awareness throughout Northern Virginia.

Beyond his local efforts, William is also a co-founder of Green Kites International Association, a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to improving health, clean water access and educational opportunities for underserved communities. Through Green Kites’ Smiles for Life initiative, William has helped expand access to oral health education, dental hygiene resources, and preventive care programs for students, families, and educators in rural communities, particularly in Vietnam. He has also contributed to other Green Kites initiatives, including WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) programs that promote disease prevention, hygiene education, and healthier living environments. Through these efforts, William continues to combine his passion for dentistry, health education, and community service to address healthcare challenges at their roots. 

A Life Scout and youth leader with Scouting America, William has led service projects throughout Northern Virginia, including community improvement initiatives, youth programs, and public outreach efforts. He is the founder of his school’s Dentistry Club, a multiple-time regional science fair winner, and a presenter at local and international conferences and universities on dental and public health topics.

From helping Northern Virginia families find the healthcare resources they need to advancing oral health education among underserved communities abroad, William brings together his interests in dentistry, research, and service to create healthier communities. Outside of his health initiatives, he enjoys hiking the trails of the Shenandoah Valley and creating semi-realistic artwork in his studio.
