Since 1994, Arlington Free Clinic has been committed to providing exemplary health care for Arlingtonians in need, serving about 1,600 patients each year. Arlington Free Clinic (AFC) continues to be Arlington’s only provider of comprehensive healthcare services for adults living with a low income and without health insurance. While there are approximately 10,000 uninsured adults in Arlington County,  AFC is the medical home for over 1,600 of these underserved members of our community.

Culmore Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit healthcare clinic providing low-income adults in the Bailey’s Crossroads community with quality medical care at little to no cost. to our underserved neighbors in the metropolitan DC area. Our GCC clinic is run entirely by volunteers and operates using our donors’ personal and corporate contributions. Loudoun Free Clinic is a comprehensive healthcare home. We provide free, high-quality healthcare to low-income, uninsured adult residents of Loudoun County. Our work is made possible by staff, volunteers, and donors who support us. For over 25 years, we have provided primary and specialist healthcare to the Loudoun community. Our services include diagnostic testing, prescription medication, and referrals to outside specialists. We are a member-only clinic, so patients must be financially eligible and pre-register for our services. We do not accept walk-in patients.

George Mason University's Mason and Partners (MAP) interprofessional clinics serve the uninsured and refugee community within Prince William and Fairfax counties in Northern Virginia. These bridge-care model free clinics in Manassas and Culmore provide health care, school physicals, screenings, and mental health services for vulnerable populations in low-income and medically underserved areas (MUA). The ambulatory clinics provide to community referrals, resources, and case management for medical home placement; wellness and integrated care workshops; and group care for chronic disease management and education.

The Mother of Mercy Free Health Clinics in Manassas and Woodbridge serve low-income men and women without healthcare insurance. The clinics follow the principles of Catholic teaching, including the sanctity of all human life and the preferential option for the poor.
